Description

This is a beautifully executed custom stock on a BRNO barreled action. The maker is unknown, but definitely a professional. The stock is lightly figured walnut with very well executed, tight inletting, borderless checkering that shows no overruns, a shadow line cheek piece and semi-gloss finish. The grip cap is blued steel. A Decelerator pad and sling studs complete the package. Stock finish is 98% with just a couple very light marks. The barreled action features BRNO's standard iron sights with a standing leaf in the rear and a covered ramp in front.

The action has BRNO's integral scope bases and features a Model 70 style 3 position safety. The trigger guard has a hinged release and shows no wear. The bore shows little sign of use with strong rifling the entire 23.5" length. Metal condition on this rifle is 99% with a satin blued finish throughout. The scope is a Leupold Vari-X-III 3.5x10X40 in BRNO rings. Optics are crystal clear. The length of pull is 13.5 inches, the trigger breaks cleanly at 2 lbs 8 oz and the rifle as shown weights 8lbs 4oz. All in all, this rifle represents an extremely nice package in a very flexable and capable caliber.
